You'll be managing market-based product design and development, guiding new product creation from customer needs and engineering principles through prototyping. Responsibilities

  • ● Create technical documentation related to manufacturing processes, operating/work instructions, equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
  • ● Collaborate with engineers, process experts, and production teams to gather and validate technical information.
  • ● Translate complex technical data, schematics, and process flows into clear manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.
  • ● Ensure all documentation complies with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Aggreko's quality policies.
  • ● Support continuous process improvement by documenting best practices and lessons learned.
  • ● Create and review visual aids such as illustrations, flowcharts, and schematics to complement written content.
  • ● Evaluate product information needs based on stakeholder and system requirements. Manage documentation projects to meet deadlines and business objectives.
  • ● Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
  • ● Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Technical Writing (maximum experience required: 4 years).
  • ● Proven experience in technical writing with a strong technical background in engineering or manufacturing, with the ability to quickly understand complex products, processes, and systems.
  • ● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineers and production staff.
  • ● Excellent communication skills in translating complex technical information into accessible content.
  • ● Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO standards.
  • ● Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • ● Excellent attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality.
