1. Acceptance
By creating an account on MyOmniCareer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What MyOmniCareer provides
MyOmniCareer is a job discovery and career preparation platform for IT professionals seeking visa-sponsored international roles. We provide:
- Curated job listings aggregated from public sources
- AI-powered match scoring, resume optimisation, and interview preparation
- Visa eligibility guidance and relocation support tools
3. What we do not provide
- We are not a recruitment agency and do not guarantee employment outcomes
- Visa scoring is informational only — not legal advice
- Job listings are sourced from public data and may not always be current or accurate
- AI-generated content (match scores, resume bullets, interview questions) is for guidance only
4. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information in your profile
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted
- Access is currently invite-only. Invites are non-transferable.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the platform to scrape, copy, or redistribute job data
- Attempt to access other users' data or admin functions
- Use automated tools to access the platform without permission
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise platform security
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
6. Intellectual property
- Job listing data is sourced from public sources and belongs to the original posters
- AI-generated content produced for your profile is yours to use
- The MyOmniCareer platform, design, and codebase are proprietary
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@myomnicareer.com.
8. Limitation of liability
MyOmniCareer is provided as-is. We are not liable for:
- Employment outcomes or visa application results
- Accuracy of job listings or AI-generated content
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Decisions made based on platform recommendations
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
10. Changes to these terms
We will notify users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
