About the Company

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead. You'll play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering activities across the Africa region, providing financial insight that supports strategic decision making and business performance. Responsibilities

  • Support the Africa region, providing financial insight and performance analysis.
  • Support annual budgeting, five-year planning, quarterly forecasting, and month-end close activities.
  • Assist with regional and group financial consolidations including SAF monitoring /compliance.
  • Support in resolving issues related to outsourced service providers
  • Produce weekly flash reporting and support EPR/QPR reporting requirements.
  • Manage the Africa balance sheet forecasting and working capital monitoring.
  • Assess bad debt risk and work closely with commercial teams to minimise exposure.
  • Partner with sales teams to monitor pipeline performance and associated financial risks.
  • Business partner with project, commercial, and regional leadership teams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project financial risks.
  • Proven experience administering the P&L & BS end-to-end.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
  • Previous consolidation experience within a multi-entity business.
  • Project finance or project accounting experience.
  • Ability to identify financial risks and provide practical solutions.
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
