About the Company

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Service Center Manager based in Cincinnati. You'll provide operations leadership to our Cincinnati, OH and the Charleston, WV service centers. Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers' worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.

Responsibilities

  • ● Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region
  • ● Coach and develop 20-25 technical employees
  • ● Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution
  • ● Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center
  • ● Accountable for local fleet
  • ● Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment
  • ● Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams
  • ● Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
  • ● Act safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings
  • ● years of relevant operations leadership experience
  • ● years of direct management of technical employees
  • ● Manage P&L of 5 years of reporting and analysis
  • ● Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • ● Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
