Responsibilities

  • ● Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities for renewable energy projects from mobilization through to commissioning.
  • ● Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project milestones.
  • ● Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • ● Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • ● Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and company policies.
  • ● Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • ● Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to maintain positive relationships and ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

  • ● Proven experience as a mechanical supervisor or similar role in renewable energy projects, specifically in thermal, BESS, wind, solar, and hybrid systems, typically 5 or more years.
  • ● Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices related to renewable energy infrastructure.
  • ● Experience managing mechanical teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • ● Qualifications: Mechanical or similar required and Project Management desired.
  • ● Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
  • ● Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • ● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • ● Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
