Responsibilities

  • ● You'll be based out of our Bakersfield, CA service center and can expect to work in the field with up to 75% travel.
  • ● Specialize in working on both low, medium, and high voltage switchgear including breakers with relays, motor starters, VFD's, load break switches, transformers, load banks, and batteries.
  • ● Install fixtures, wiring conduits, motors, and other electrical equipment. Inspect circuits for specified shielding and grounding.
  • ● Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
  • ● High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of relevant experience and/or training
  • ● Proven knowledge of the principles of electricity and electrical design
  • ● + years of formal technical training
  • ● + years' experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical switchgear, this will include both low volt and medium voltage power distribution gear. Should have knowledge with protection relays and meters
  • ● Positive, self- starter who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent quality
  • ● Valid driver's license
  • ● Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75 lbs.
