Senior Manager, SAP IBP COE

The SAP IBP Center of Excellence (CoE) serves as the strategic hub for planning processes, system governance, solution design, and continuous improvement across the global planning organization.

Responsible for leading the strategic direction, governance, and continuous enhancement of the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform globally. This role acts as the bridge between business planning teams, IT, and external partners to ensure SAP IBP capabilities effectively support business objectives and end-to-end planning processes. The position drives system optimization, roadmap development, transformation initiatives, process standardization, and user adoption while ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and operational excellence across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP/IBP, and Analytics. Define and maintain the SAP IBP product roadmap aligned with business strategy and planning maturity objectives. Establish governance frameworks for system enhancements, change requests, prioritization, and release management. Drive alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and executive leadership. Lead evaluation and adoption of new SAP IBP capabilities and innovations. Own the end-to-end SAP IBP solution landscape, including planning models, master data design, integrations, and analytics. Identify opportunities to improve planning effectiveness, automation, process efficiency, and user productivity. Ensure continuous optimization of planning algorithms, key figures, alerts, workflows, and planning processes.
