BI Engineer - IT

The BI Engineer works in close collaboration with colleagues across the organization to develop, deploy and maintain BI assets, including interactive dashboards, reports and data models supporting self-service analytics. Their outputs deliver actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. Accountabilities: Partner with Business Units to identify opportunities to leverage data, increase efficiency and automate processes Develop company level reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses which enable enterprise data to be exploited to better serve our customers Interpret and analyze data to specific business questions and provide regular KPI reporting Build and maintain Data Literacy modules Deliver Data Literacy training to broad knowledge worker groups and actively participate in the BI, Data & Analytics CoP (Community of Practice) Ensure data quality is maintained for existing use cases and support the assessment for new use cases Validate business developed reports and assets Work alongside Data Engineers to develop the Data Products
