Responsibilities

  • ● Fitting customers with the right footwear and offering product recommendations
  • ● Driving sales through confident product knowledge and add-on selling

  • ● Supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
  • ● A positive, energetic attitude and strong communication skills
  • ● Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • ● Confidence in approaching customers and building rapport
  • ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ● Flexible availability, including weekends and late trade
