About the Role

Join our Cloud Networks team and help deliver secure, reliable and scalable network services across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform. You'll work alongside experienced engineers to support and improve cloud networking infrastructure that underpins critical banking services used by millions of customers. The role combines operational support, project delivery and continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to work with cloud networking, network security, automation and Infrastructure as Code technologies. You'll collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity teams, application teams and technology partners while continuing to grow your cloud networking expertise in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • ● Support and improve cloud networking infrastructure that underpins critical banking services used by millions of customers.
  • ● Work with cloud networking, network security, automation and Infrastructure as Code technologies.
  • ● Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity teams, application teams and technology partners.
  • ● Participate in an on-call support roster.

Requirements

  • ● Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, NAT and load balancing.
  • ● Experience supporting or implementing cloud networking infrastructure across AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • ● Familiarity with cloud networking concepts such as VPCs, VNets, network peering, route tables, security groups and hybrid connectivity.
  • ● Experience supporting network security technologies including firewalls, access controls and network segmentation.
  • ● Exposure to Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible or Python.
  • ● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate network connectivity and performance issues.
  • ● Experience working within ITIL-aligned incident, change and problem management processes.
  • ● Ability to contribute to infrastructure projects, cloud migrations and onboarding activities while maintaining operational stability.
  • ● Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams and stakeholders.
  • ● Experience using collaboration and project tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.
  • ● A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and developing cloud networking expertise.
