- ● Lead and support end-to-end FI processes: o General Ledger Accounting (New GL)o Accounts Payable (AP)o Accounts Receivable (AR)o Asset Accounting (AA)o Bank Accountingo Electronic Bank Reconciliationo Tax Configuration (GST/TDS)o Financial Closing & Reportingo Intercompany Transactionso Credit Management
- ● Provide L2/L3 support for finance business processes.
- ● Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA.
- ● Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes.
- ● Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end finance processes.
- ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
