Responsibilities
- ● Drive Requirements Gathering sessions
- ● Conduct CRPs
- ● Facilitate solution design workshops
- ● Engage with different HR stakeholders to understand business imperatives and KPIs
- ● Design the system accordingly
Requirements
- ● More than 10 years of experience in HCM enterprise applications with at least the last 7 years in Oracle HCM Cloud
- ● Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management and Recruiting modules
- ● Additional experience in Talent Management module is an added advantage
- ● Experience in BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula
- ● Understanding of key technical concepts in Fusion HCM Cloud, including HDL, HSDL, Integrations, REST APIs, and OTBI Reporting
- ● Ability to stay on top of the latest developments in the Oracle AI space in Fusion Cloud
- ● Being well-connected in the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem
- ● Flexibility to work in UK and US shift
