Principal Software Engineer - Discovery

Responsibilities

• ● You'll work with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB capabilities, helping to identify, map and manage technology assets and their relationships.
• ● You'll improve data quality, support automation and ensure the information used across service management processes is trustworthy and fit for purpose.
• ● You'll work closely with technology teams.

Requirements

• ● Strong experience working with ServiceNow Discovery, including discovery schedules, credentials and MID Servers.
• ● Experience managing and improving CMDB data quality, relationships and configuration management practices.
• ● Ability to develop, configure and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors and automation solutions.
• ● Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud, infrastructure, networking and modern platforms.
• ● Ability to collaborate with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance and technical expertise.
