About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori Consultant with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing SAP Fiori/UI5 solutions in S/4HANA environments. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with business understanding to drive UX transformation initiatives and deliver scalable Fiori solutions. Band - 5A Location - Pune
Responsibilities
- ● Fiori Development & Customization
- ● Design and develop SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5, OData services, and SAP GatewayBuild and enhance standard and custom Fiori apps (Transactional, Analytical & Fact Sheets)Extend standard Fiori applications using SAP-recommended extensibility frameworksDevelop reusable UI components and ensure responsive design
- ● S/4HANA & Functional Integration
- ● Collaborate with functional teams (FI, MM, SD, etc.) to understand business requirements and translate into Fiori appsEnable and configure Fiori apps aligned with SAP S/4HANA business roles & catalogsWork closely with backend ABAP team for OData service development and performance optimization
- ● Fiori Administration & Configuration
- ● Configure and manage Fiori Launchpad (FLP), catalogs, groups, and tilesHandle Fiori content activation and role-based authorization setupSupport embedded or hub deployment architecturesPerform system configuration and troubleshoot Fiori-related issues
- ● Technical Design & Architecture
- ● Define solution architecture for Fiori implementations including integration with SAP BTP (if applicable)Ensure design adherence to SAP UX standards and performance best practicesParticipate in technical design discussions and solution reviews
- ● Testing & Quality Assurance
- ● Prepare technical design documents, test cases, and user manualsSupport SIT/UAT cycles and defect resolutionEnsure compliance with coding standards and quality benchmarks
- ● Support & Continuous Improvement
- ● Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issuesIdentify opportunities for UX enhancement and automationDrive continuous improvements in Fiori performance and usability

- ● Technical Skills
- ● Strong experience in:SAP UI5 and Fiori developmentOData services and SAP NetWeaver GatewayABAP (basic to moderate level for backend coordination)Hands-on experience with:Fiori Launchpad configuration and role managementSAP S/4HANA environmentsKnowledge of:SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) - preferredCDS Views and Fiori Elements - good to haveUnderstanding of integration with third-party systems and middleware
- ● Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work in cross-functional teams and client-facing rolesProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailProactive approach towards delivery, risks, and escalations

Requirements
- ● -8 years of SAP experience with minimum 6+ years in SAP Fiori/UI5Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or upgradesBachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / ITSAP Fiori/UI5 certification - preferred
