Responsibilities
- ● Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO modules in an AMS environment, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- ● Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests.
- ● Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing.
- ● Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- ● Perform configuration, enhancements, and defect fixes across SAP FICO modules.
- ● Prepare and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT support.
- ● Develop and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation.
- ● Ensure smooth cross-module integration (FI-MM, FI-SD) and resolve related issues.
- ● Participate in audit support, compliance activities, and transport management.
- ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within AMS delivery.
