Responsibilities
- ● AMS / Support Responsibilities
- ● Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP APO processes
- ● Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and minor
- ● enhancements
- ● Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- ● Monitor and ensure SLA adherence and ticket closure efficiency
- ● Support planning cycle activities
- ● Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- ● Maintain documentation, KT materials, and SOPs
- ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- ● SAP APO Functional Responsibilities
- ● Demand Planning (DP) - Forecasting, planning books, macros
- ● Supply Network Planning (SNP) - Heuristics, CTM, deployment
- ● Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS)
- ● Resolve planning inconsistencies and master data issues
- ● Support integration with ECC
- ● Work on CIF integration and data consistency
- ● Integration & Technical Responsibilities
- ● Support APO-ECC integration
- ● Monitor CIF queues and background jobs
