Responsibilities

  • You'll play a key role in building the data foundations that power better customer and business outcomes.
  • You'll design, build and optimise scalable data pipelines and solutions that support enterprise wide transformation initiatives.
  • You'll work closely with cross functional teams to translate business needs into reliable data products, ensuring performance, stability and scalability across platforms.
  • You'll contribute to data architecture and modelling, ensure strong data governance practices, and support deployment and production readiness.
  • You'll mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders and drive innovation across the data lifecycle, including the adoption of AI and automation.

Requirements

  • Strong hands on experience building and optimising data pipelines using Python and SQL, with exposure to tools such as Informatica and Unix scripting
  • Experience working with modern data platforms and frameworks including Spark, Kafka and cloud technologies such as Azure Synapse, Data Lake or Snowflake
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, modelling and governance, with the ability to design scalable and reliable solutions
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business insights and outcomes
  • Experience contributing to large scale transformation initiatives, with a focus on innovation through AI and automation
