Responsibilities
- ● Manage end-to-end SAP Basis administration for systems such as ECC,
- ● S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and Fiori.
- ● Perform system installations, upgrades, support packages, kernel upgrades,
- ● and migrations (OS/DB, HANA).
- ● Monitor system performance and availability, and proactively resolve
- ● Manage SAP transports, client copies, system refreshes, and backups.
- ● Implement and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations.
- ● Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.
- ● Collaborate with functional and development teams for issue resolution and
- ● project delivery.
- ● Ensure compliance with IT security and audit requirements.
- ● Document technical procedures, configurations, and best practices.
- ● Provide on-call support and participate in scheduled maintenance
