Responsibilities

  • ● Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
  • ● Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
  • ● Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
  • ● Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

Requirements

  • ● Proven management experience in a retail environment, leading a team in a fast-paced setting
  • ● A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results
  • ● Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team
  • ● Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
