About the Company
Provide SAP ECC MM/P2P production support and conduct onsite assessment activities to reduce operational friction, identify quick-win opportunities, and deliver a findings-based plan of action to improve Procure-to-Pay execution.
Responsibilities
- ● Provide SAP ECC production support for MM / P2P processes including:
- ● PR to PO execution, approvals support, GR, and coordination with invoice processes
- ● Shadow procurement users to identify bottlenecks, rework drivers, and manual workarounds.
- ● Analyze root causes across configuration, master data, integration points, and custom process deviations.
- ● Support prioritization using Epsilon diagnostic insights and operational observation.
- ● Document findings and recommendations clearly for report-out and plan of action.
- ● 5+ years SAP ECC MM experience with strong Procure-to-Pay ownership
- ● Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support business users in live operations
- ● Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- ● Ability to recommend SAP standard-aligned improvements without over-engineering
- ● FI integration understanding (invoice/AP touchpoints)
- ● Manufacturing / aerospace operational experience
