Responsibilities
- ● You'll lead the performance and growth of the Employee Banking channel across Australia.
- ● You'll work with a range of teams and stakeholders to improve customer and employee experiences, deliver key initiatives, and support business growth.
- ● The role combines strategy, project delivery, relationship management and problem-solving, while helping ensure customers receive a positive experience throughout their banking journey.
Requirements
- ● Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams to achieve outcomes.
- ● Experience managing projects or initiatives from planning through to delivery.
- ● Ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve performance.
- ● Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- ● Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage risks and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
