• ● You'll be part of our Financial Crime Surveillance team, working on major investigations that protect our customers and community from financial crime. This full-time permanent role is based in Parramatta with hybrid working options to give you flexibility.
• ● Your focus will be on investigating complex financial crime matters, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations / outcomes. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and external agencies, manage sensitive information, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our processes. • ● We're looking for someone with similar experience who has a genuine passion for financial crime, is mature-minded and fast acting. You'll have a curious mindset and the confidence to challenge when needed, always striving to uncover the truth and deliver the right outcomes.
• ● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an investigative approach
• ● Ability to interpret legislation and apply policies and procedures
• ● Excellent written & verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and build relationships
