Responsibilities
- ● Lead a portfolio of critical applications that power Business Lending while helping drive one of the bank's most exciting transformation agendas.
- ● Influence both strategy and execution, from digital replatforming and platform modernisation through to emerging technologies and engineering uplift.
- ● Partner closely with engineers, architects, business stakeholders and senior technology leaders to deliver resilient, scalable and customer focused solutions.
- ● Lead a team of engineers and system analysts.
- ● Guide technical decision making.
- ● Help create an environment where innovation thrives.
Requirements
- ● Strong technical background in software engineering, solution design or architecture within large scale enterprise environments.
- ● Experience working across modern technology stacks, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms and system integrations.
- ● Ability to provide technical guidance and influence engineering decisions across complex technology landscapes.
- ● Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching teams and building capability.
- ● Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior technology and business leaders.
