Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, supporting them through every stage of their financial journey
  • Take the time to understand what matters most to clients, providing personalised banking and wealth solutions while connecting them with specialist expertise across Westpac Private
  • Combine exceptional service, strategic networking and proactive client engagement to create meaningful and lasting partnerships
  • Work closely with experienced colleagues across Private Banking, Lending and Wealth to broaden expertise and contribute to a collaborative and high performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer outcomes

Requirements

  • A passion for building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional experiences for high-net-worth clients
  • Confidence identifying opportunities, growing networks and developing new business through referrals and professional connections
  • The ability to understand complex banking, lending and wealth needs and connect clients with tailored solutions
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with specialists across the bank to achieve great client outcomes
  • Sound judgement, risk awareness and a commitment to doing what's right for customers
