About the Company
Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building Manage the full recruitment cycle including client acquisition, job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and placement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand workforce needs Work closely with internal recruiters to deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines Achieve and exceed individual sales and placement targets Monitor market trends, manpower demands, and industry developments Support management initiatives and undertake additional duties or projects as assigned, in line with business requirements
Requirements
- ● Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related discipline
- ● Experience in agency recruitment with exposure to the full 360 recruitment process
- ● Ability to manage multiple roles and clients independently
- ● Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- ● Experience in engineering, oil & gas, or technical recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory
