About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Plan the delivery of goods for domestic customers and customer pickup
• ● Create shipment process (Loading instructions and Picking instructions)
• ● Control the cost per Truck and Logistic cost
• ● Manage route planning to maximize cost efficiency
• ● Create a Delivery note and Invoice of delivery
• ● Coordinate with WH for the FG product and manage the STO of DCWN coming to RS
• ● Coordinate with the Transport team for the support number of the truck type
• ● Coordinate with CS for the forwarding ticket and appointment of delivery
• ● Coordinate with the Project site of the delivery plan and appointment.
• ● Manage the routing of shipments according to Transit time and Lead Time delivery.
• ● Manage shipment Utilization efficiently by truck type
• ● Manage shipment accuracy in the process shipment and create a delivery note and Invoice.
• ● Prepare the Daily actual ship Domestic report
• ● Prepare the Control & Support claim report
• ● Reprint the ticket from the Link scan from CS for Order forwarding to the department
• ● Support and provide Customer Service, Sales, and Customer
• ● Support and Support according to the policy of the supervisor and the company
• ● Prepare data to release credit to Finance
• ● Other reports as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's degree or higher.
• ● Minimum of 3-5 years of Planning experience in planning shipments domestically.
• ● Proficient in planning, leadership, and handling high-pressure situations.
• ● Strong leadership abilities with excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and motivational skills.
• ● Demonstrates a positive attitude and effective interpersonal communication, with a solid understanding of employee relations management.
• ● Proficiency in English, computer literacy, Google Sheet, Google slid, Logger Studio, and presentation tools.
