About the Company
Join a growing specialist desk within one of Singapore's leading recruitment firms. Achieve Group is expanding its Commodities Trading & Commercial Shipping practice, and we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This is an opportunity to recruit across one of the most dynamic and international industries, partnering with commodity trading houses, energy companies, shipowners and commercial shipping businesses across Asia. You'll work on specialised mandates spanning trading, operations, risk, finance, chartering, legal and technology functions while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- ● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client engagement through to candidate placement
- ● Build relationships with commodity trading companies, shipping firms and related businesses
- ● Identify and engage high-calibre professionals through market mapping, networking and headhunting
- ● Provide clients with market intelligence, salary insights and hiring advice
- ● Develop your own specialist market and build long-term partnerships
- ● Previous recruitment experience, preferably within professional or technical recruitment
- ● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- ● A commercial mindset with the drive to develop new business
- ● Curious, resilient and eager to build expertise within a specialist market
