Senior Inventory Controller

Lead and supervise daily inventory control operations to ensure stock accuracy and data integrity. Manage all stock movements, transactions, and adjustments in SAP (WM & IM). Plan and conduct cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and annual physical stock takes. Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Prepare and maintain inventory reports, including stock accuracy, aging, space utilization, and pallet consolidation. Monitor aging stock and coordinate SLOC transfers or stock movements with relevant teams. Analyze warehouse space utilization and implement storage optimization and pallet consolidation plans. Track inventory KPIs and provide regular insights and reports to management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost optimization. Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory procedures, documentation, and system usage. Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and mandatory training programs. Communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders on inventory-related matters
