Responsibilities

• ● YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• ● Develop processes and efficiency improvement measures which you analyze and optimize according to MTM / REFA /STV
• ● Responsible for Standard Line Balancing for Airbus and apply lean management techniques
• ● Monitor derived measures after implementation in the ongoing process
• ● Moderate workshops, and are the focal point to all stakeholders
• ● Prepare your results and present them to the management
• ● YOUR PROFILE
• ● You successfully completed your engineering studies with a focus on aviation, industrial or manufacturing engineering
• ● You possess 3-5 years of professional experience in the aviation industry in a similar position
• ● Ideally, you are knowledgeable in REFA and/or MTM / STV methodology as well as labour, time and lean management
• ● You think conceptually, analytically and are solution-oriented
• ● You demonstrate strong communication skills in German and English (C1 to native speakers only) in an international environment
