• ● Technical Recruiter is a specialized area of staffing and recruiting.
• ● What you 'll be doing
• ● At least 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment (in-house or agency).
• ● Passion for recruitment and genuine interest in helping people find the right career opportunities.
• ● Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• ● A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and excellent customer service orientation.
• ● Enjoy working collaboratively in a team while being able to manage your own responsibilities.
• ● Good networking and sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
