IQ Staffing

We are IQ Staffing

Your one-stop-shop for all your recruitment needs.

IQ staffing is specialized in matching professionals with the perfect job. Efficiency, urgency, and excellent service are our top priorities. We have long standing relationships with our clients and focus on really understanding the business they are in. This is important because the best matches are made based on skill and personality.

We are not looking for short-term successes. Connecting the right people and helping candidates with the next step in their career is what drives us.

Our Services:

- Search & Selection We want to make the best match between the open position and professional. Therefore, our team doesn’t just match based on skill, but also on goals, personality and company culture.

- Interim positions Looking for a professional to fill a temporary role. Whether it is to temporarily replace someone, work on a temporary project or to have a set of extra hands, we know the right professional for the job.

- Relocation Sometimes the best match just does not live close, we are here to help! If your perfect hire lives abroad, we help them land in their new home country with our relocation services. This ensures a smooth transition from one country to another and makes the onboarding of your new hire that much easier.

Low risk hires We are sure that we can find you the perfect hire. To back up this claim, we are confident enough to put them on our own payroll.
