Responsibilities

  • ● Load and unload materials in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments.
  • ● Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including preparing necessary shipment documentation.
  • ● Receive all incoming shipments, verify product accuracy, and authorize receipt.
  • ● Distribute products to the correct warehouse or yard area promptly.
  • ● Maintain housekeeping and safety procedures within the yard.
  • ● Load items and orders into the truck while adhering to delivery schedules, safety standards, and destination-specific regulations.
  • ● Extended periods working in heat and cold environments.

Requirements

  • ● Previous warehouse or yard experience is considered an asset
  • ● Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, are an asset
  • ● Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • ● Must be dependable and reliable and willing to take initiative
  • ● Able to regularly lift up to 50lbs pounds
  • ● Forklift operation required; training and certification will be provided
  • ● WHMIS and TDG certification - training will be provided
