Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Provide prompt product knowledge and information to customers as the first point of contact in a professional manner.
  • ● Answer questions about warranties and returns.
  • ● Process credits and returns to vendor products.
  • ● Move returned products back into the warehouse.
  • ● Respond to customers in a timely manner in person, by phone or email.
  • ● Build positive relationships with customers and associates.
  • ● Take initiative to maintain stock of the counter area as needed.
  • ● Offer help and assistance in the warehouse if required.

Requirements

Experience

  • ● Have previous technical experience in sales or customer service in wholesale or distribution.
  • ● General computer skills including Microsoft Office are required; experience with AS400 is an asset.

Skills

  • ● Local market knowledge with HVAC and Plumbing is an asset.
  • ● Must have exceptional customer service and professional communication skills.
  • ● Previous warehouse or forklift experience is an asset.
