Responsibilities

  • ● Load and unload product in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
  • ● Receive incoming shipments and check for accuracy
  • ● Put away product to correct areas in the warehouse in a timely manner
  • ● Pick, pack and ship customer orders, including preparing documentation for shipment
  • ● Load items and orders into truck while adhering to a sometimes tight delivery schedule
  • ● Strap and/or secure material so that there is no damage or breakage to the material during transport
  • ● Ensure good housekeeping and safety procedures are maintained in the warehouse

Requirements

  • ● Previous warehouse experience is required
  • ● General basic computer skills including Microsoft Office are required
  • ● Must be dependable and reliable and willing to take initiative
  • ● Able to regularly lift up to fifty pounds
  • ● Forklift certified or ability to be certified
  • ● WHMIS and TDG certification would be an asset
  • ● Knowledge of industry products is an asset
