We are particularly interested in consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Recruiting & Pre-Hire Processes Compensation, Payroll & Rewards Security, Data Governance & Controls Core HCM and related Workday modules As a Workday Functional Lead, you will partner with clients to design and deliver effective Workday solutions, provide functional expertise, facilitate workshops, and help ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities
- ● Lead functional design activities across Workday implementations and enhancement project in the relevant areas.
- ● Facilitate client workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
- ● Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Workday best practices
- ● Produce functional design documentation and configuration specifications
- ● Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities
- ● Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources
- ● Ensure solutions align with business requirements, governance standards, and compliance needs
- ● Provide mentoring and quality assurance support where appropriate
Requirements
- ● More than 3years experience leading Workday functional workstreams, with deep expertise in one or more Workday modules.
- ● Strong expertise in one or more Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Security, or Data Governance.
- ● Proven ability to design and deliver Workday solutions in complex environments
- ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ● Consulting experience within client-facing projects
- ● Workday certification(s)
- ● Global implementation or support experience
- ● Other Qualifications / Skills (beneficial but not mandatory
- ● College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
- ● Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- ● Background in HR operations, payroll, or finance transformation
