Responsibilities

• ● Monitoring health of Datacenters worldwide and taking corrective actions.
• ● Supporting virtualization and network related topics.
• ● Providing first level contact and conveying resolutions to customer issues and escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
• ● Monitoring and maintaining local inventory of hardware and Software.
• ● Working in a fast pace 24X7 environment, with good time management, solid communication skills, and quick response.
• ● Utilizing excellent organizational and support case management skills.
• ● Providing end-user support in a high availability, mission critical support operation.
• ● Communicating effectively at all levels both within and outside the organization.
• ● Demonstrating skill, knowledge and understanding of company, products, job duties, and appropriate work methods

Requirements

• ● Having 12 or more years of experience with IT Infrastructures.
• ● Holding a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or having equivalent experience.
• ● Having strong technical knowledge across a range of IT areas, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
• ● Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ● Having strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• ● Having certifications like MCSA, VCP, Kubernetes and Docker certifications is desired.

Nice to Have

• ● Having previous exposure to supporting international projects remotely.
• ● Having knowledge of end-to-end IT Infrastructure architecture.
• ● Having architect level knowledge.
• ● Having experience with HP Server hardware.
• ● Having experience with supporting container platforms.
• ● Having experience with setting up teams for container support.
• ● Having specific experience with Nagios or OP5mon.
• ● Having experience with other IT monitoring tools.
