  • ● Responsável por operar equipamentos de processos semiautomáticos/automáticos
  • ● Transferir e apontar MIX, quando necessário
  • ● Gerar número de carga no SAP

  • ● Atualizar procedimentos de ISO 9001/14000
  • ● Fazer lubrificação, limpeza, inspeção e sanitização
  • ● Operar PLC e mixer
  • ● Fabricar massa seguindo o plano de produção (item e quantidade)
  • ● Realizar análises físico/químicas e organolépticas e liberar a massa quando dentro das especificações
  • ● Avaliar a intensidade do desvio relativo à qualidade do produto, fazendo correções necessárias quando o mesmo estiver dentro do seu limite de atuação conforme instruções da área
  • ● Atualizar e apresentar (quando convocado) o quadro de atividades
  • ● Reprocessar massa quando necessário
  • ● Analisar perdas e rendimento de massa
  • ● Realizar change over no processo seguindo orientações/treinamentos
  • ● Abrir etiquetas (vermelha, verdes, amarelas e azuis) quando julgar necessário, seguindo as normas
  • ● Além de outras atividades pertinentes ao cargo.
