Requirements

  • ● Laundry lover with an absolute growth mindset
  • ● You have an innate curiosity for what's driving consumers
  • ● Business acumen and cross functional understanding and capabilities
  • ● Strong brand development experience
  • ● Demonstrated experience driving innovation roadmaps
  • ● Must be a strategic thinker who is comfortable applying insights to creative, evaluating creative and articulating feedback
  • ● Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated Brand Marketing Plans
  • ● Proven experience in P&L ownership and accountability
  • ● Strong stakeholder management
  • ● Strong & proven manager of self and others with a passion for capability building. Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team
  • ● Fluency in Dutch and English
