Requirements
- ● the sourcing unit. Working under the guidance of the site ManEx Manage, she/he will apply rigorous cost deployment to convert losses to cost using loss trees and associated tools. This analysis will support the prioritisation of equipment, training and process interventions (4Ms) to eliminate those losses identified.
- ● The ManEx Coordinator for Site is the sourcing unit's leading practitioner for Focussed Improvement activity and Kaizen. This involves the teaching of problem solving tools and their frameworks, as well as facilitating the application of best practice and sharing of lessons across the sourcing unit. The ManEx Coordinator provides Teaching, Coaching and Mentoring on WCM issues for all leaders and operators within the sourcing unit.
- ● WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- ● Serve as the site's lead practitioner for Focused Improvement (FI), Kaizen, and Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx) methodologies, driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the sourcing unit.
- ● Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to leaders, managers, and operators on World Class Manufacturing (WCM), problem-solving methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools to build organizational capability.
- ● Facilitate the identification, execution, and replication of best practices, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and lesson transfer across the site.
- ● Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for site performance governance, overseeing the integrity, reporting, and management of key business and operational KPIs.
- ● Lead and coordinate performance improvement initiatives, including productivity enhancement, efficiency optimization and cost savings delivery.
- ● Drive governance and sustainment of the site's Daily Management System (DMS), ensuring robust performance tracking, accountability, and timely escalation of issues.
- ● Support the development of the site's strategic roadmap and ensure effective governance of strategic initiatives and transformation projects aligned with business objectives.
- ● Partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, remove performance losses, and accelerate operational excellence initiatives.
- ● Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to site leadership, ensuring proactive decision-making and sustained business results.
- ● Experiences & Qualifications
- ● WCM Practitioner - Experienced WCM Practitioner able to identify the key synergies between pillars and Teach, Coach and Mentor teams on the full range of continuous improvement and Quality Improvement tools.
- ● Post graduate level education in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering.
