Responsibilities

  • ● Realizar coleta e análises de matérias-primas, materiais de embalagem, produto acabado, semiacabados e SHE29.
  • ● Preparar as soluções e reagentes padrões para análises.
  • ● Digitalizar e anexar os laudos de matéria prima no SAP.
  • ● Realizar contagem do estoque de reagentes e insumos do laboratório.
  • ● Conferência e rotulagem dos materiais de insumos e produtos químicos do laboratório (abastecimento do estoque)
  • ● Liberação de matéria prima, semiacabado e produto final no SAP.
  • ● Manter os registros do laboratório devidamente arquivados e organizados.
  • ● Integrar/treinar novos colaboradores conforme programa de padrinhos.
  • ● Realizar todo o fluxo de bloqueio de material não conforme (matéria-prima e produto acabado).
  • ● Suportar a investigação de não conformidades
  • ● Acompanhamento, orientação e liberação de retrabalho.
  • ● Participação nos processos de auditórias na fábrica e no laboratório
  • ● Atender a rotina de análises liberativas de linhas de produção, realizando as inspeções, conforme metodologia do PQS nas linhas da embalagem.
  • ● Suporte em treinamentos e ativações de Qualidade para o time de fábrica.
  • ● Elaboração e revisão de procedimentos das atividades.
