Requirements

  • ● Be a graduate in Management/Science/Healthcare or related discipline.
  • ● 1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, occupational health coordination, nursing administration or medical centre operations will be an advantage.
  • ● Good understanding of clinic operations, appointment coordination, records management, medical supplies, provider follow-up and healthcare documentation.
  • ● Strong awareness of medical confidentiality, ethics, data privacy and employee health record protection as well as administrative processes.
  • ● Good IT literacy with practical reporting, dashboard and record management capability.
  • ● Be comfortable working in a factory healthcare environment.
  • ● Demonstrate strong coordination and communication skills, have a strong bias for action and ability to meet deadlines.
