Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • ● Working knowledge of utility operations and maintenance principles. However, fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • ● Proven ability to manage complex and high-risk operations safely and effectively.
  • ● Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, field-oriented approach.
  • ● Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • ● Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Skill
  • ● High level of communication, technical skill and teamwork
  • ● Analytical and sharp with numbers and data
  • ● Fluent in business English, with Strong communications skills and ability to engage and influence others.
