About the Company
Business Title: Sr. Finance Executive Location - Assam Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is hiring a Sr. Finance Executive for its Home Care manufacturing network. This role will work closely with the supply chain & supply chain finance team and support financial controlling, savings governance, and reporting across multiple factories.
Responsibilities
- ● Supporting cost control through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- ● Assisting in driving the savings agenda, including tracking, governance, and benefits validation
- ● Supporting project appraisals and financial evaluation of capital and cost initiatives
- ● Ensuring adherence to financial governance and control processes across the manufacturing network
- ● Preparing and maintaining central reports, dashboards, and MIS for performance tracking
- ● Coordinating with site finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions
- ● Supporting audits, reviews, and compliance requirements
- ● Frequent travel across factories to support reviews, governance discussions, and project evaluations
- ● Eligibility -
- ● CA with 0-3 years experience
- ● Prior exposure to plant / manufacturing / supply chain finance is preferred
- ● Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management ability, and comfort with data and reporting
- ● At HUL, roles typically change every 2-3 years, providing opportunities to work across different factories, regional offices, or corporate roles over time.
