  • ● As a Senior Communications Specialist, you'll play a key role in championing our customers by developing and delivering proactive and reactive communications for the Linkt retail brand.
  • ● You'll join a collaborative team, who are passionate about delivering for customers and making a real difference.

  • ● Craft compelling, on-brand content across a range of channels (from email and SMS to our website and social media) that helps customers, drives positive action, and contributes to our business goals.
  • ● Lead the communications response for incidents and technical upgrades, applying critical thinking to turn complex information into clear, simple, and reassuring messages.
  • ● Advise partners on communication strategies by collaborating across teams and with external agencies, ensuring we're always putting the customer first and driving commercial value through effective messaging.
