Key requirements include: Proven experience leading end-to-end go-to-market activities, including RFx events. Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and provide actionable market insights. Strong expertise in spend analysis and spend management to identify opportunities and drive value. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and experience managing multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, Commerce, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
- ● Professional procurement qualification such as MCIPS, CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent preferred.
- ● Knowledge of category management, supplier relationship management, and contract lifecycle management practices.
- ● Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a strategic sourcing role within a large global organisation and a strong track record of delivering procurement outcomes.
