A taste of what the role entails As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead design initiatives within your product area and work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through to delivery and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • ● You're an experienced Product Designer who enjoys making sense of complex problems and creating clarity in ambiguous situations. You combine strong design craft with systems thinking and use evidence, curiosity, and collaboration to drive better outcomes.
  • ● You're motivated by creating meaningful customer impact and contributing to a collaborative design culture where people share ideas, challenge thinking, and learn from one another.
  • ● To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • ● Demonstrated experience designing digital products and experiences from discovery through to delivery.
  • ● The ability to influence product direction and prioritisation through customer insights and evidence-based recommendations.
  • ● The ability to articulate measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • ● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities in ambiguous environments.
  • ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to work in cross-functional agile product teams.
  • ● Highly desirable
  • ● Confidence using behavioural data, experimentation, and customer feedback to validate opportunities and solutions.
