Responsibilities
- ● Provide technical leadership and engineering support for business-critical applications and services.
- ● Maintain high levels of application availability, reliability, performance, and security.
- ● Lead technical investigations, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
- ● Support application upgrades, enhancements, integrations, cloud migrations, and lifecycle initiatives.
- ● Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- ● Support change, release, and deployment activities while ensuring operational readiness.
- ● Drive automation, modernisation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the application portfolio.
- ● Manage technical risks, compliance requirements, and governance obligations.
- ● Maintain technical and operational documentation, support models, and service standards.
- ● Provide mentoring and technical guidance to internal teams and delivery partners.
- ● Key Skills & Experience
- ● Strong experience supporting and engineering enterprise applications within large and complex environments.
- ● Extensive knowledge of software development, application support, integration technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- ● Strong understanding of ITIL practices including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management.
- ● Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- ● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ● Domain Expertise
- ● Strong functional and operational knowledge of TDI and Wholesale business processes, systems, and application ecosystems .
- ● Deep understanding of the operational workflows, regulatory obligations, service delivery models, and customer impacts associated with Telstra's TDI and Wholesale application landscape.
- ● Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions while providing subject matter expertise across application support, enhancements, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
