Sr. Maintenance E&I

Responsibilities

• ● Carry out routine preventative maintenance calibrations and inspections to insure minimal disruption to the production process.
• ● Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the site.
• ● Sets up, replace, and install process instrumentation with minimal supervision.
• ● Provide insight and feedback from assigned work.
• ● Complete equipment history information files to document technical issues.
• ● Document mechanical or electrical problems that may disrupt the production process.
• ● Communicate with process operators and productions shift supervisors on equipment status.
• ● Utilize time to keep up routine cleaning of your work area consistent with the company's cGMP Policy.
• ● Proper use of Mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) conforming to cGMP standards.
• ● Demonstrate effective teamwork behavior, promotion of process efficiency, and effectively communicate safety and procedural issues with coworkers and supervisor. Punctuality, good attendance, and the ability to adjust to a variety of assignments.
• ● Employee must have personal hand tools.
• ● DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCES:
• ● Working knowledge of regulatory and industry standards of electrical equipment
• ● Ability to complete general maintenance work in the instrumentation, control, and electrical areas.
• ● Minimum 7 years prior employment experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• ● Manufacturing and food industry experience
• ● Ability to understand Input and Output addressing in Logic Controllers.
• ● REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
• ● Read and understand electrical schematic drawings, instrument loop diagrams and P&ID's
• ● Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SAP, PI and CADD
