ROLE PURPOSE: Responsible for assisting in optimizing and developing manufacturing processes within their area by collaborating with various teams. Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field. Master's or Ph.D. degree preferred.
  • ● + years of progressively responsible experience in process engineering or related leadership roles preferred, including plant experience. 3+ years of experience with Utilities including steam generation, compressed air, chilled water, distillation and WWTP preferred.
  • ● Strong knowledge of PSM/HAZOP studies
  • ● Expertise in unit operations, process design, M&E balance, and process data analysis
  • ● Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel
  • ● Knowledge of the food industry concepts and applications
  • ● Advanced expertise in process optimization, engineering principles, and relevant tools.
  • ● Exceptional strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • ● Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional collaboration and fostering innovation.
  • ● Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver exceptional results.
  • ● In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
  • ● Strong commitment to safety leadership and operational excellence.
  • ● Knowledge of food industry concepts and applications such as equipment hygienic design principles, including approval of product-contact-suitable materials and implementation of effective cleaning processes that take into consideration accessibility, cleanability, drainability, material compatibility, and surface/ geometry.

  • ● When determining final compensation, we take into consideration: skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law.
  • ● The salary range for this position is: 90,000 - 135,000.
