If you are interested in exploring the possibilities We Want to Talk to You The Difference You Make: The CIB Structured Finance-IC4 is responsible for executing the origination, structuring and distribution of syndicated bank loans on behalf of the Company's clients and leading deal teams. The incumbent serves as a PS SME in a variety of syndicated loan segments including Investment Grade, Non-Investment Grade, Middle Market, Commercial Real Estate and Asset Based Finance. Initiates, develops and enhances relationships with senior executives at existing clients and targeted prospects, with the objective of enhancing revenue generation and risk-adjusted return on capital for the Company. Develops and maintain relationships with participating lenders to ensure adequate market demand for syndicated loans originated by the Company. Ensures transaction due diligence by overseeing the underwriting

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
  • ● Master's Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred
  • ● + Years Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience. - Required.
  • ● Demonstrated successful execution of syndicated loan transactions.
  • ● Self-motivated and adept at setting, driving and leading a team to execute pipeline growth success.
  • ● Very strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by both excellent verbal and written communication.
  • ● Expert presentation and public speaking skills.
  • ● Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • ● Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, as well as analytical skills.
  • ● Demonstrated complex contact negotiation/creation skills.
  • ● Ability to work remotely and independently.
